Service Description
A full-day studio session designed for artists needing extended recording time in a professional environment, whether tracking a song in depth, recording multiple parts or developing material over a more immersive session. Sessions take place using high-end microphones such as the Neumann U87 and are engineered to capture performances with clarity and detail through a focused recording workflow. Ideal for larger recording sessions, multi-part tracking and projects requiring additional creative space, the Full-Day Session offers the flexibility and momentum needed to take a project further in a single booking. Live drum tracking and session keys are also available as optional add-ons where additional instrumentation is required. Cancellation Policy
Bookings & Payment: - Studio sessions require full payment in advance to secure booking. - Artist, EP, Album and Premium Packages require a 50% deposit to begin, with the balance due before final file delivery. - Bookings are confirmed upon payment. Sessions & Scheduling: - Sessions are booked in advance and run within scheduled times. Late arrivals may reduce session time. - Additional studio time can be arranged and billed accordingly. - Producer Support and session musician add-ons require advance scheduling. Revisions: - Projects include unlimited mix revisions within scope, covering mix adjustments such as levels, EQ, effects and balance. - New recordings, arrangement changes or additional production may require extra studio time. Producer Support & Add-Ons: - Producer Support and session musician add-ons must be confirmed in advance. - Live drum tracking and session keys add-ons must be confirmed in advance. Scope of Work: - Package pricing covers the agreed scope of work at booking. - Additional work beyond scope may be quoted separately. File Delivery: - Final files are delivered once balances have been settled. - Projects are delivered digitally in standard release-ready formats. - Stems and alternate versions are available on request. Turnaround Times: - Turnaround varies depending on project scope, revisions and scheduling. - Estimated timelines are discussed at project commencement. Cancellations & Rescheduling: - Studio session payments are non-refundable. - Rescheduling requests will be accommodated where possible. - Project deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Client Responsibility: - Clients are expected to arrive prepared for the service booked. - Digital Forest Studio is not responsible for incomplete projects due to lack of preparation or delays beyond the studio’s control. Creative Direction: - Creative decisions are developed collaboratively throughout the process to achieve the strongest possible final result.
