Service Description
A complete, start-to-finish process designed to take your song from recording to a polished, release-ready master. Your session takes place in a professional studio environment using high-end microphones such as the Neumann U87, capturing your performance with clarity and detail. From there, your track moves through a structured workflow including editing, mixing and mastering to achieve a refined final result. Mixing is handled through a hybrid analog and digital process using the SSL AWS 948 console, delivering depth, balance and a professional sound. Unlimited mix revisions within scope are included to ensure the final result reflects your vision. Live drum tracking and session keys are also available as optional add-ons. Live Drum Tracking and Session Keys are scheduled in advance to allow dedicated creative planning. π§ Whatβs Included Recording Session Full Track Editing & Preparation Mixing (Hybrid Analog + Digital) Streaming-Ready Digital Master Unlimited Mix Revisions (Within Scope) π Optional Add-Ons Live Drum Tracking Add-On Professional live drum recording to enhance feel and energy. Session Keys Add-On Professional keys and piano performances for added depth and texture. π Mix Revisions Unlimited revisions apply to mix adjustments including levels, EQ, effects and balance. Additional recording or arrangement changes beyond scope may require extra studio time. β± How It Works Each song includes one focused recording session (up to 8 hours). Following the session, your track moves through a structured post-production process carried out over separate sessions, including editing, mixing and mastering. Additional studio time can be arranged if required.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings & Payment: - Studio sessions require full payment in advance to secure booking. - Artist, EP, Album and Premium Packages require a 50% deposit to begin, with the balance due before final file delivery. - Bookings are confirmed upon payment. Sessions & Scheduling: - Sessions are booked in advance and run within scheduled times. Late arrivals may reduce session time. - Additional studio time can be arranged and billed accordingly. - Producer Support and session musician add-ons require advance scheduling. Revisions: - Projects include unlimited mix revisions within scope, covering mix adjustments such as levels, EQ, effects and balance. - New recordings, arrangement changes or additional production may require extra studio time. Producer Support & Add-Ons: - Producer Support and session musician add-ons must be confirmed in advance. - Live drum tracking and session keys add-ons must be confirmed in advance. Scope of Work: - Package pricing covers the agreed scope of work at booking. - Additional work beyond scope may be quoted separately. File Delivery: - Final files are delivered once balances have been settled. - Projects are delivered digitally in standard release-ready formats. - Stems and alternate versions are available on request. Turnaround Times: - Turnaround varies depending on project scope, revisions and scheduling. - Estimated timelines are discussed at project commencement. Cancellations & Rescheduling: - Studio session payments are non-refundable. - Rescheduling requests will be accommodated where possible. - Project deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Client Responsibility: - Clients are expected to arrive prepared for the service booked. - Digital Forest Studio is not responsible for incomplete projects due to lack of preparation or delays beyond the studioβs control. Creative Direction: - Creative decisions are developed collaboratively throughout the process to achieve the strongest possible final result.
