Whether you have a clear vision or just the beginnings of an idea, every beat is produced exclusively for your project and tailored to your style, genre and artistic direction. The process begins with a creative consultation to understand your musical goals and desired sound. From there, your beat is developed through composition, arrangement, sound selection and production to create a professional, release-ready instrumental. Every production is crafted using industry-standard software, professional virtual instruments and a hybrid production workflow to deliver a polished, commercially competitive result. Unlike leased or licensed beats, every Member Custom Beat Production is delivered as a complete buyout, giving you 100% ownership of the finished instrumental. Once the project is complete and final payment has been received, the beat is yours to commercially release, distribute and perform without ongoing producer royalties or future licensing fees. The completed production also includes the original multitrack stems, providing maximum flexibility for future recording, mixing, live performance or remixing. Cancellation Policy
Digital Forest Studio Terms & Policies Bookings & Payment • Studio sessions require full payment in advance to secure your booking. • Artist, EP, Album and Premium Packages require a 50% deposit to begin, with the balance due before final file delivery. • Bookings are confirmed upon payment. DFS Artist Membership • Active members receive exclusive pricing on eligible services and selected add-ons. • Member pricing applies only while membership is active. • Priority booking is subject to studio availability. • Membership benefits are personal, non-transferable and may be cancelled at any time. Sessions & Scheduling • Sessions are booked in advance and run within scheduled times. • Late arrivals may reduce available session time. • Additional studio time and add-ons are subject to availability and billed accordingly. Revisions • Unlimited mix revisions are included within the agreed project scope. • New recordings, arrangement changes or additional production may incur additional charges. Add-Ons • Producer support, Dolby Atmos mixing, session drums and session keys must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Scope of Work • Pricing covers the agreed scope of work at booking. • Additional work beyond scope may be quoted separately. File Delivery • Final files are delivered once all outstanding balances have been settled. • Projects are supplied digitally in release-ready formats. • Stems and alternate versions are available on request. • Clients are responsible for backing up delivered files. Turnaround • Turnaround times vary depending on project scope, scheduling and revisions. • Estimated completion dates are discussed at project commencement. Cancellations • Studio session payments are non-refundable. • Rescheduling requests will be accommodated where possible. • Project deposits become non-refundable once work has commenced. Client Responsibility • Clients are expected to arrive prepared for their session. • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to all supplied material. Studio Conduct • Digital Forest Studio reserves the right to refuse or end a session where behaviour is abusive, unsafe or prevents the successful completion of the booking. Liability • While every reasonable care is taken with client material, Digital Forest Studio cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
